Role Description : DQ96: 2nd Level Supporter (w / m)

* You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a computer scientist or comparable training and have several years of professional experience
* Good knowledge of Lotus Notes and Domino (client and server)
* Practical experience in IT support (helpdesk and 2nd level)
* Good knowledge of Microsoft client / server operating systems
* Experience in handling ticket systems (LanDesk, ServiceNow)
* Experience in the field of mobile devices (Android, iOS, Good)
